Lisa Crnic is a creative producer, director, writer, consultant, and coach born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She’s resided in Los Angeles the past 17 years working in entertainment. Her experience spans working on $100+ million studio films to independent productions across all genres and forms. She has worked with prominent entertainment companies such as Paramount, Columbia Pictures, Sony Pictures Animation, Sony Pictures Classics, Funny or Die, Who HaHa. In addition, she has creative produced and directed content for the world’s largest tech companies such as Google, Salesforce, Snowflake Inc., FIGMA, Vercel, etc. Most recently, she was one of 20 “groundbreaking female entrepreneurs” selected out of 6500 applicants for the iFundWomen Grant in partnership with Botox Cosmetic which strives to close the confidence gap.

Lisa’s career started at top talent hubs Creative Artists Agency and Paradigm Agency working under a senior literary agent who represented icons such as Stephen King, James Ivory and Robert Towne. Thereafter, she transitioned into creative producing working with Variety’s “Billion Dollar Producer” Jordan Kerner on family films such as the SMURFS franchise. She ran Kerner’s film/TV slate and developed projects across a variety of buyers ranging from ABC, Bravo, Sony, A&E, Fox, and NBC from 2016-2020. In addition, she served as Executive Producer on Paramount’s live-action hybrid film, CLIFFORD THE BIG RED DOG which released in 2021 and was Paramount+’s most streamed movie to date.

Motivated by her desire to create impactful content, Lisa officially launched InFlow Entertainment in 2022. Most recently, she served as Executive Producer on the film BLUE MOON directed by Richard Linklater starring Ethan Hawke, Margaret Qualley, Andrew Scott and Bobby Cannavale which premiered at Berlin Film Festival and will be distributed by Sony Pictures Classic fall of 2025. In tandem to running her film slate, she is a freelance producer/director/writer for hire for film/TV, tech content, digital content, and live events.

In her spare time, Lisa passionately mentors, coaches, and consults for creatives of all ages. She has served as a Producing Instructor for the Producing Lab at the Big Apple Film Festival and festival judge for Stage 32’s Family Friendly Writing Contest. Previously, she was a selected mentor for Women in Film and The Hollywood Radio and Television Society. In addition, she’s served as the Keynote Speaker for the Iowa Motion Picture Association and the Big East Alumni Networking Event. In her spare time, she binge-watches documentaries, studies psychology, and thoroughly enjoys leisure sports such as tennis and golf.
